Quarto Children’s is looking for a highly-organised individual to join the Foreign Rights Department and provide support to the sales team.

Skills/Experience
Ambitious, positive and organised person, you are meticulous with detail and enthusiastic about providing the best customer service possible.

In addition to excellent English, you speak German or French at native level.

 Organisational skills

Key Responsibilities:

 Ensure material for meetings in-house and trips is prepared on time and presented in a professional manner.
 Prepare post-meeting send-outs and ensure they are done accurately and promptly. Maintain records of materials sent
 Log information in databases and other systems accurately
 Work with Contracts and Accounts to track status of contracts and invoices
 Communicate effectively with external customers and respond promptly to requests
 Work closely with Production to ensure customer requirements are communicated and books delivered on time
 Liaise with Design and Editorial departments making sure materials are supplied as required
 Ensure internal systems and processes are followed/maintained and contribute to their on-going
improvement and efficiency
 Assist in the chasing and co-ordination of reprints
 Research new customers and sales channels
