A Manager Product Design is required to design product tests and customer ready prototypes from product roadmap, and help to develop new ideas based on agile best practices and connectivity with customers and prospects.


  • Manage the design and build priorities for pipeline of product concepts and prototypes.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to recognize business requirements and identify opportunities to improve the product offering.
  • Provide the relevant business context for the software development teams of relevant business groups.
  • Build and maintain a strong practical knowledge of the product and the recommended deployment architecture.
  • Contribute and help prioritization of a product backlog according to business value criteria and ROI.
  • Deploy appropriate design, User Experience and build requirements and maintain knowledge of market, the users, and the roadmap for the product.


  • An above-average academic degree in the relevant area and professional experience of agile design conditions in a comparable position, ideally an online organization (Academic or B2B).
  • A strong level of understanding of technology with a passion for delivering quality software in a highly competitive industry.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and the business teams.
  • A proven ability to define a set of requirements that pinpoint business challenges and identify technical and business changes required to address them.
  • The ability to evidence strong planning, analytical and problem solving skills, and to work effectively on task based deadlines to deliver consistently.
  • The ability to travel occasionally.
  • Fluent English skills, German language skills are definitely a plus.
