Based in Berlin, Audible is looking for a Mobile Marketing Specialist (f/m) to drive both acquisition and engagement of the Audible app in DE.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to create and execute effective online marketing strategies in collaboration with our agency, test and launch new marketing programs, partner with internal teams, measure results and optimize for impact as well further growth.

This position is initially open through a contract role lasting 18 months, with the opportunity of extending to a permanent contract in the future.

As Mobile Marketing Specialist (f/m) for Audible’s DE Mobile Team, your key responsibilities will include the following:

  • Establish, implement and measure the effectiveness of DE mobile marketing initiatives to drive distribution of the Audible app.
  • Scale mobile marketing activities in a sustainable way.
  • Establish processes and collaboration frameworks with several agencies.
  • Deliver results at an operational level (managing campaigns independently, testing ideas, managing creatives, analyzing data, solving problems, optimizing and scale marketing programs).
  • Engage deeply with the biggest publisher networks (facebook & google) and manage campaigns thoroughly.
  • Cultivate relationships with publishers and networks, thus improving efficiency of publisher/network mix.
  • Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices in mobile advertising.
  • Establish reports and overviews to share within team.


Your profile:

  • First proven track record in B2C acquisition in mobile advertising, preferably with a strong background in app marketing.
  • Bachelors degree in business studies, marketing or any other related field
  • Demonstrated ability to independently set up marketing activities and optimize processes.
  • Strong drive for execution and delivering results. An ambitious self-starter with excellent follow-through skills to develop ideas independently and thrive in fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills; bias towards decision making based on data as well as high proficiency with Excel using it to analyze and present data.
  • Strong time management skills; ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
